I think Before is good as well, it just very different style I think. However, CG technique wise the new version is amazingly well done. I love the addition of red ribbons and wave of sea-through material.
ha ha tell me about it I'm constantly trying out new style that I find interesting at the time, you learn lot from these exercises I think. You'll eventually have a style you can call it your own once you taken in all the elements you like from different techniques. Until then I say enjoy the changes
Oh, I'm sure you can improve as much as I do if you keep on drawing
Oh, and read some good advices from Noah Bradley too ! Or Cynthia Shepard ! Or Muddy Colors ! Or Fantasio ! And watch toooooooooons of good pic on DA, CGhub... and painting process on YT like those from Donato Giancola ! oh and also, practice
I think I might lay off the tablet for a while, and just focus on improving my skills on paper. Since I'm still not used to the tablet and my anatomy and line control is much better on paper. After I'm a bit better I'll probably do some more digital work. Oh and it's alright, how's college?
Ahahah yeah, that's great ! There's nothing greater than feeling the paper ! That's why I bought a Cintiq, to have that "traditional feeling" ahah XD You should keep a blog or something to show your progress !
College has been pretty hectic these past couple of weeks ;w; I needed to re-do all my script for my animation project... The story was just that bad.. ahah... OTZ But well, I guess my new story is more appealing to my teachers now ;w;
