Holy cow the colors are beautiful! I'm not sure what you're trying to communicate with this piece or maybe you just wanted to draw a pretty picture but either way it's very good. You definitive know how to shade and highlight hair all while making it wave into curls. I love the outfit, it reminds me of royalty. but you didn't sign it! Unless the signature is that unreadable symbol in the right hand corner. You should consider signing your work, that's my favorite part of drawing. I very much like the halo of pink intensity around the girl's head, it draws attention to the eyes.
